DETAILS
1.Scrap rewind systemAn motor with speed control maintains a consistent web tension as scrap is rewound onto the scrap shaft.
2.Compact design :requires just one- third the floor space of a traditional machine
3.Programmable PLC: Operating programs can be stored in the PLC and automatically downloaded for fast setup.
4.High speed production:it is capable of operating up to 25 cycle per min Max. (dependant on material type , thickness,and mold ).
5.Servo: The operator sets the required length in inches and the computer will automatically program and display the selected index length on the screen.
6.Sequencing: The operator has visual access on the screen of all machine functions with the on/off time settings. Set-up and editing of these functions can be controlled by the touch screen during normal production operation.
7.Heater Temperature: The operator will select the heat desired in each zone. The controller sets and monitors the temperature and displays the set and actual temperature. The controller turns each zone on and off to maintain the set temperature. The temperature can be easily changed while the machine is operating under production conditions.
